Walked by today. Here is the base:

I don’t have a pic, but I think one of the best vantage points for this building is from the Queensboro Bridge. The way it aligns with the ESB is pretty good.

Its weird that the top is getting glassed first, I wonder if they’re using some special glass since its a consulate and near the den of spies that is the UN
