I won’t say it’s strange because it’s still following that turning kind of motion, very interesting turn of events though, was like waiting for paint to dry lol.

Also from your Brooklyn Tower thread photo, looks like this one “is” now actually topped out, I think the screen on the penthouse bulkhead will be level with its highest point so there’s that as well.
