Not so sure there will be lots of UWS noise about this building. Most controversies arise north of 72nd Street. Remember that there already lots of pretty tall buildings between 59th and 72nd. It’s a dense area with lots of people living in big apartment buildings who probably won’t complain about another big structure. Many of the town house rows between Broadway and Central Park West north of 67th are already surrounded with tall buildings on the avenues. ---
