Obviously there’s two different levels of quality of windows for the affordable/senior component of the project vs the market rate side- but it would have been nice if the glazing color matched between the two. Almost certainly they are two different window suppliers entirely, and tough to coordinate between the two.

I have heard of the “poor door” - but Poor Window… 
The view will be the same either way: there will be a lot to see out of those lovely windows - market rate or otherwise.
