_An outdoor art exhibit is now (yesterday) taking place on the construction fence. 🥴_ I doubt this is being sponsored by the developer; probably some impromptu gorilla art show. I got the scoop… 😉 This project is apparently starting to go above ground after laying dormant for awhile; the foundation has been in place the project stalled for about the last 2 years.
