Not that I know of. That’s probably why NYguy wasn’t sure why they’re studying this height.

This is what he’s saying
NYguy: “There have been no altered DOB filings. It’s possible that number could have been meant for the crane, and was reported as the building in error. Or it could have been the height at the time of submission. Or it could even be a new height that we just haven’t received yet from DOB filings. I think it’s best just to assume no height changes for now, at least until we see one.”

I updated my render to show 520 Fifth at 995 ft and 570 Fifth at 1050 ft.

The first version would go nicely in Hudson Yards.

Per NYguy:
Latest filings bump it up 5 ft to 1,000 ft. That would make it the same height as 262 Fifth Avenue, another tower nearing official construction phase.
