I think Related gobbled up most of the Hudson Yards vanity addresses so they might have to switch to 70 Hudson Boulevard or something.

edit: on second thought, Related is teamed up with Spitzer here, so I guess it’s fair game.

I’m surprised Related and Spitzer have gotten away with not publishing a detailed rendering. Considering its Handle, I would expect some brick paneling and lots of glass.
