# NEW YORK | 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue | FT | 19 FLOORS

A 19 story mixed use building is proposed at 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue in Sunnyside Queens. It will house 84 condominium units, ground floor retail, and a ambulatory health facility. It is expected to be completed in 2029. My apologies if there is already a thread on this

My apologies, I miss read it somehow as 34 when in reality it was 84, thank you for pointing that out.
