I cant find the photo in my images anymore but the insulation had fully reached the top 2 weeks ago, I couldnt see if the rainscreen cladding had begun to be installed on the lower section from my vantage point but I’d assume it would start soon. ---

A real update with a photo, I don’t want to say anything that assumes it’s permanent, but I think the gray is the final thing 😅. Honestly still struggling to understand what’s going on here, this is from the 18th, I forgot about to look again last weekend so idk how much progress has been made since the 18th. Looks like another (3rd) layer of waterproofing, maybe after they will put the rainscreen on, but if they don’t I can’t say I’ve ever seen such a large party wall exposed if they were to not cover it in a rainscreen. Thanks for catching that, I probably would’ve forgotten again today about this one 😅 Even though that coat of waterproofing has progressed, i’m still unsure whether a rainscreen will be put up because no support channels were installed when the insulation when up. ---

I honestly think that the black layer may be the final thing because you can now see the “joints” that are attempting to mimic joints in panels that were not as apparent when the other layers were being put up. I won’t be surprised if there is another layer though considering there is now 4 layers.
