They should let people go up since it hasn’t been in use or completed. But of course I know the logical reason why they don’t. And 80 stories…sounds like they want to make the headline bigger ---

The mechanical core at the center of each apartment looks like it takes up more that half the square footage of floor space. Me too, I did some checking around; and their is no indication that this project is now moving forward.
