Earthcam update on three projects in Queens, from the left project I assume it only has 5 floors left to final height.

This thread is for the wide tower in the center, it will only be 8’ shorter than Skyline Tower to its right, so definitely not only 5 floors left, unless you’re talking about 26-32 Jackson Ave to on the left side of the image, it still has some 10 or some more floors to go.

I do not believe that is marsh land. Its just standing water that nobody bothered clearing from this empty lot.
So it’s estimated to be 10 or more floors, I wouldn’t have thought now. That would be estimated what is still missing in total for this official project.
However, thanks for the update on the project on Jackson Ave.

Was liking this until I saw them clad the balconies with the same glass. Overkill. Looks even worse in person.

Really like that north/south cladding. I didn’t like the glass covered balconies at first because it’s um very garish and 1980s. But I noticed it reflects the winter sun in a cool way that still gives the building some texture from far away.
