The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck. > The second bit of news has to do with the building that once inhabited the lot. Crews completely demolished that building earlier in the week, as you can see from the photo below. The project has kicked into warp speed ever since demolition permits were approved in late April. _This building is now completely gone_ ---

As you can see from the photo below, the building will be gray on the outsides and have more of lighter brownish color on the interior. You can also see that the mixed used building is set to deliver sometime in Fall, 2015.
