There would be 122 hotel rooms, a restaurant and bar. Gurpal Cheema, who runs the development firm, razed the one-story warehouse on the site last year. > For years, industrial laundry plant Jung Sun Laundry Corporation occupied the site, providing cleaning services to nearby hospitals and eateries, BuzzBuzzHome reported ---

11/5 This one probably has a few more floors to go before topping out. Never knew bout this one but took the pic anyway as I was going into LIC beer project for a beer and a growler to take home.
