Fantasy might be right since NY rarely gets anything that nice with this form.
It looks like a pancaked Salesforce Tower in SF. Which reminds me we need one of those. Other cities get their Pelli clone. Whereâs ours? Put it in LIC.

Penn 15 was originally a (chunky, ugly) Pelli. I was glad it never came to fruition but Iâd welcome something in that style in LIC or Jersey City!

Yeah I know but thatâs baby Pelli. Iâm not asking for a HK sized Pelli but maybe a Santiago sized one as a nice crown jewel for LIC.
I realize fully how ridiculous this all sounds as I read that back.

You guys have the WFC, theyâre perhaps my favourite Pellis!
One Court Square also feels Pelli-esque to me, it would certainly do great with a bigger sibling nearby.

Not sure if this was ever shown here, but Foster proposed a similar design for the âIndia Towerâ in 2010 standing at 2,996 feet: one of Fosterâs several unbuilt megatalls.

would love to see a tall RSHP building on this site, something like this. Seems like NY developers prefer Foster

anyone know the status of this tower? like has is it close to being approved or is it never going to be approved?
Are you on the right thread?
This tower in particular already has an agreement in place between the respective parties, that has already been approved. But this tower will still need DOB approval after it moves forward and that will not happen for a few years (or possibly next year).
