So if I’m reading that correctly the tower has to be spaced apart from the older wedding cakes to accommodate the maximum sway that engineers have predicted for the very top, so it doesn’t legally blow over the legal lot line?

I’m confused on why the new height is taller than what’s is in the title of this thread. Should I update to 1450 feet?

I never really find it appropriate to change title heights unless visuals are provided because there’s so many nuances to these filings and studies and what elevation they’re measuring the height from.

We know the last diagram showed 1413, and that was reconfirmed by JRF with a snippet from the construction documents. It’s best to wait until another visual with an actual dimension string or level height is posted/released instead of trying to understand all the different filings talking past one another.
