The third crane is for the concrete. The concrete has to stay within 8 floors of the steel. They will probably start without the crane for that first floor area.

A couple of months is pushing it, since the holiday embargo would be starting in 2 months now. The concrete crane should be up some time next month, soon. The excavation of the pad is already complete, which is why the drill is gone now. The building isnt gonna take several months to get to level 8 with the pace we are witnessing now that the 2 steel cranes are up. This thing is going to fly up now.

Construction crew and team held a moment of silence this morning at 8:46 AM and hoisted flags from the cranes.
