By my count, 3/5 of the structure (the closer part) is 12 floors from topping out, and the other 2/5 (the further part) is 5 floors from topping out. Apologies for the reflection, this is through a window. ---

This is partially topped out. On two of the towers, they’ve finished pouring all levels and the concrete boxes for the mechanical equipment at the top. On the other three towers, they’re ready to pour the roof. All topped out (although I can’t see a flag). Facade work is nearing completion on the Flatbush side. I don’t mind the aesthetics of the curved glass, but I do question the practicality of the balconies at least on the Flatbush Ave side. I’d like to get the hearing checked of anyone who’s stood on Flatbush and Willoughby for any amount of time and thought, “this is the soundtrack I want to my cup of morning coffee on my balcony.” 😉 ---

I can’t say I like it. And it being setback from that skinny newish construction tumor on the corner is just piss poor all around. Would have been an excellent spot for a truly impressive building, and this isn’t it. Too bad. ---
