Idk about soon, they just recently jumped this past week.

I don’t know but I thought they’d be jumping soon too. There was a pic posted a couple days ago and I thought to myself the cranes didn’t look tall enough.

Its hard to tell when dates aren’t always attached to the photos but 5Bfilms’ photos from yesterday show their latest jumped position. :+1:

Are they already working on the first 2 floors of the next setback?

Yup! Moving fast!

Nope, its just an illusion if the angle, you’re seeing beams of the central bay and beams on the exterior face, itll be maybe another week before they start the second mech/outrigger floor.

I see what you mean, there will be open spaces under the terraces on the east and west side. Then we will see the setback. Love how Foster can put lots of open space in massive towers

Very nice -what time did you take those shots of the light reflecting off of CPT? Love those shots with the light on the Hudson. Great stuff.

7:30 PM according to the EXIF. Although that light has now shifted later.

I remember timing it perfectly to get from Queens to Port Imperial to hike the stairs up to this location in Weehawken. Had about an hour of the light I wanted.

anyone want to add the full silhouette to the skyline?

Mmm, not quite sure we are understanding eachother. As far as I’m aware, the terraces of the 2nd setback are not open to above nor do they have skylights like some of the others.

The east setback is visible in JC’s image, I was pointing out that what appeared to be 2 floors was just the central beam and outer beam of the same floor (which is the “2nd” floor of the next tier but not the second story) but that the perspective is what made it appear like 2 separate floors.

My fault, I was talking about the massive open space under the last two terraces. While the tower is only on the secont set, my mistake
