Is it just me or does it look like the architects intentionally replicated the look of a prewar apartment building with its cornice/s removed? ---

Bland? Not so sure about that. It isn’t a great building but it fits well with the neighborhood context. Over time it will become another acceptable upper west side apartment building. ---
