I’m ambivalent on this really. Both are modern, art deco. With great materials.

Great News!
Here are the central park pics I promised. Took em like 3 to 4 days ago. Sorry for the bad quality, I brought my professional camera but its battery died before I got to Central Park hahaha. It is really starting to have an impact on the skyline

Ah no worries robertitoam about the quality. We addicts care about the construction. In fact, we are feining like crack addicts at Newark Penn. They always sit on the benches… and they migrated to the amtrack side…

The final design matches the floor plans of this web. Even the double height windows of 69-70 and 70-71 units!.
You can see the amenities levels, villa units and tower units floor plans too.

These floor plans don’t match the original design. If you check it unit by unit you will see it fit perfectly with the new renders

This is clearly the design, as it has surfaced on VNO’s website. It’s nice, but it’s not the blockbuster that this site warranted. But for the real limestone, it’s no nicer than 30 Park Place or 520 Park.
It’s going up fast! And it’s going up beautifully as well!
