tentatively 445’, 470 units. That should make it the tallest of Greenpoint when all is said and done. SOM is the architect of record. looks like plans were significantly downscaled, at least height wise. everything on the site is still pretty much all below grade as the foundations continue to take shape. the base of a tower crane was set in place on the north end of the plot a couple weeks ago, but no visible vertical progress to report yet. ---
