I see the mods changed this to “completed” but I wonder if that was a premature determination. The latest photo by [JC\_Heights](https://forum.newyorkyimby.com/u/JC_Heights) shows continuing construction on the lower level, evidenced by the remaining scaffolding above the sidewalk. ---

Not sure if I may have moved to complete prematurely or someone else. They are definitely still working in it though.
