> 112-51 Northern Boulevard: Eastern Emerald Group has filed permits for a 350,186 square-foot mixed-use building spanning the entire triangular block of 112-21 – 112-51 Northern Boulevard, in Corona. In December, Fleet Financial Group bought the development site for $17 million, although the firm then announced plans for a “25-story hotel and apartment complex.” New applications clock-in with 11 floors and 257 dwelling units.

sounds too good to be true. The FAA will probably chop off 200ft. It doesn’t seem to be **directly** in any takeoff/landing vectors but they’ll probably do it for good measure.

Also, Willets Point development - when?!
