it’s nice, but seeing what has risen in the vicinity in the past decade, what replaces it could be nicer. Especially considering the small number of units proposed. ---

This will likely be one of the most expensive buildings in the city. And if it looks as good as the adjacent condo built a few years ago, will be a fantastic addition to the streetscape. ---
