The new LVMH in Beverly Hills will include a hotel. Hopefully this inspires Louis Vuitton to give NYC all the money they were planning to give to those ungrateful LA voters. I wouldn’t overreact. The rendering lacks 745 Fifth, so it might be just a hypothetical study of a full-block assemblage, which would never happen. But digital artists are known to take artistic license when rendering new buildings. ---

The “wrap” covering their hotel project in Paris is built much more extensively than the one here in NY, its basically acting as a temporary facade. The one here is built with very minimal materials. While I wouldn’t be surprised if it “is” lit up, I also wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t just because its not built up the same. ---
