Having a supertall on a small island off of downtown Miami will look utterly ridiculous and will ruin the charm of Brickell Key. ---

That’s a really thin building if its 1049’ tall. Are these dveelopments supposed to be residential? ---

This one will likely be residential. Although would make for a good location for a hotel. As its still early, things may change. ---

Press release says it’ll be around 800+ feet for the residential tower and around 400 feet for the hotel, so no supertall here. ---

Yeah I think 800+ is solid considering there won’t be anything near it to obstruct the views of the tower. ---
