Having a supertall on a small island off of downtown Miami will look utterly ridiculous and will ruin the charm of Brickell Key.

That’s a really thin building if its 1049’ tall. Are these dveelopments supposed to be residential?

This one will likely be residential. Although would make for a good location for a hotel. As its still early, things may change.
