this wouldn’t happen to be the site of Miami ITC would it? That was 340 Biscayne. Why? I feel like this is deserved after too many beige blocky buildings. People always complain about glass boxes…you ever see Miami a few years ago? Or the Philadelphia skyline before 1985 ---
