Pangea Development is building a 24 Floor Apartment Tower in the City West neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles. It will rise along 7th St. at Lucas Ave. and will be one of 4 massive developments happening here just west of the 110 Freeway adjacent to the Financial District. It will include a rooftop pool and waterfall on the 7th St. side of the building.
