According to people at Ironstate (the developer) they plan to start building this one in the next 10 months. Will go before Planning Board on Oct 29. That’s beautiful. That’s going to fit right in with Journal Squared a block away. If all these timelines are correct, there’s going to be a lot of construction happening in Journal Square in 2020-21! ---

The structure would rise 265 feet and include a 2,607-square-foot café space on the ground floor fronting Summit Avenue. I hope this gets approved and not shot down by the local opposition that’s curtailed a few other things in the area. The entry plaza would go well with the [third phase of Journal Squared](https://images.app.goo.gl/Uqx9AbXPUHsiHumS9) which has a plaza on the opposite street corner as well. Great news! ---

Nope. Sounds like the church is looking to sell, and an 18 story building could take its place. The conditions were very trivial things. A warning light for the loading dock entrance, no left turn onto Pavonia from the loading dock, and a planter box on the Pavonia side. ---

As of November 2019, Mack-Cali claimed that Urby Harborside II was targeted for a start in 2020. That’s a different project (Harborside Urby not Journal Sq Urby), and “scaled back” is probably not the right word. What’s happening is that they’ll split the two remaining towers into two phases. ---
