There was larger equipment on the site before but that was months ago. Maybe they’re waiting to see how well the other developments nearby will do. ---

Interesting to know. It appears to me that perhaps 289 Jordan Street, if it does well, will usher in development in McGinley Square the same way Journal Squared did for Journal Square. ---

Maybe the start of soil testing, but could also just be a staging site for other construction. But hopefully it’s the start of it. Thanks for all the updates! ---

This one got its construction permit today. Might start soon…but there are still cars parked in the parking lot this morning, so maybe not? Though we’ve seen with 1075 West Side Ave and 100 Colden, it’s not 100% guaranteed, most of the time projects like this start within a few weeks of the construction permit being issued. ---

Well, they always seem to be storing material on the site, but I can never tell for what project.
