I also got the lights tonight as well as a shot with the WTC memorial lights being tested. You also are able to see into some of the apartments which look fully furnished

JC could use more lighting. For a while I’ve felt like it’s pretty minute for all boroughs, but simultaneously why not give Manhattan across the river the credit. However, lighting makes skylines pop out, I welcome this. Also didn’t 30 Hudson St in JC have lighting? Where did that go?

I’ve lived in JC for 4 1/2 years and I’ve never seen 30 Hudson lit. Also a quick search of google images of pictures of the building at night does not show any with lighting.

Exciting news - evidence of work commencing on the built out of Trader Joes. This entranceway on the corner of Sussex & Green had signage with “Trader Joe’s” on it
This is the full view of where Trader Joe’s is going (this is along Greene St with Sussex to the left and Morris to the right)
Signage has also gone up for rentals
Extensive sidewalk work continues - the sidewalks are very nice - lots of stonework and very wide, not your normal “throw some concrete down and call it a day…”
