I’m laughing at how the web describes the building as luxurious and then says then says we have a Shop-Rite downstairs. That’s definitely not where the wealthy buy food normally. ---

Yeah. I do know that Shop-Rites exist in wealthy communities. Edit: What I meant to point out is irony of the words luxury and Shop-Rite being mentioned in the same paragraph. They aren’t too things that are commonly associated with each other. ---

Yes, the old ShopRite is getting demolished next, as soon as it van close, while the BJs will not be demolished for now. A source told me the ShopRite will just be turned into parking for the time being. The next building to go up would be one of the sites to the west IIRC but I am shaky on that part. ---

The new Shop-Rite opens at 7am next Wednesday October 14th. According to someone on the JC Reddit, there was an in-store announcement saying that the old store would close next Tuesday at 6pm along with the details for the new one opening.
