I’m not sure if this fence has been here forever or not. Still, good to start somewhere with keeping track

Photo posted today 8.21.21. Site has been demo’ed. Interested in how quick this one is moving. Also looks like they’re already looking for a retail tenant.

Piling rig now on site

Looks like the piling rig was just there for test piles (it’s gone today), but presumably it’ll be back

Setting up more permanent rig today it seems. Also more materials on site.

They received their construction permits yesterday.

What a very distinct and out-of-the-blue location for a highrise! Just like the one being built on 26-28 Van Reipen Avenue.

Interesting that a crane has not gone up here.

Looks like they’re doing about a floor a week. So will probably top-out in late winter.

This week, last two photos are yesterday. Can see the windows being installed.

I count 19 floors with the 20th being poured. So 5 more floors to go. While not remarkable for JC, this building is super prominent in its area, the next tallest building is only 8 floors. Also they’ve been building this super fast. 12 floors in about 8 weeks.

Few more floors before it’s topped out. Facade looks great!
