From the Planning Board site plan application:

> The Property consists of a 29,495 square foot lot with a one-story vacant commercial building situated on same. The Applicant is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval to demolish the existing commercial building and construct a fifteen (15)-story multifamily residential building consisting of 321 units, 123 parking spaces, amenity space, and a 3,925 square foot ground-level public plaza.
