I’ve decided to create this thread on my ongoing journey in Minecraft by recreating midtown Manhattan in a fictional/futuristic form based on the year 2023-beyond. The buildings will be 2x their proportions, giving a sense of immersion like one would in person. Completed a Park-Madison Avenue block with 432 Park Avenue being the first supertall (megatall if you count the 2x the proportion) building completed: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/3X/1/e/1ebe69a375119204d0cd0e7988465c43858ec805.jpeg) ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/3X/6/d/6d7478a8e27db1babf46a5c6042fd8dcd87cb3f9.jpeg) ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/3X/d/f/df31566eaeada2feb38f99b50b7466d2e19d6bc6.jpeg) ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/3X/a/1/a1d04c28ced06de403604ed126e4969ffed03344.jpeg) Actually, the real reason why I created this thread is to not only post my progress, but also so that I can post more than three times this time. ---

So a little daring for me to do but there’s a possibility I may put Merdeka 118 on top of the Metlife Building. The motive is that while I do like the Metlife Building at its current site, I feel like Merdeka 118 would be great on that site too. So to _my_ point of view, it would be a win-win situation because then I’ll be able to see both buildings there at the same time. Also took some inspiration from the Stark Tower in Marvel 🙂 Should I use a darker tone of glass for Merdeka to match the façade of the MetLife, or completely change the façade of the MetLife keep the blue façade of Merdeka? ---
