Yes, this thread is more about historic buildings. But I wanted to quickly post a few skyline pictures of San Francisco( feb. 1969). @Andrew

Incredible! The thing I notice about these pics is how dominant the Modernist architecture is across the Financial District’s skyline in 1969. What a rapid evolution, considering that the Crown Zellerbach Building, the city’s first truly modernist office tower, was finished just ten years prior.
