This project has no financing. Right now all they’re doing is expanding the garage. Probably should be listed as more of a vision. There will be something built here, but details are unclear. ---

I live right across the river from Detroit (In 🇨🇦) and I gotta say I’m super bummed this won’t be the tallest but I just hope I’ll still be able to see the 680ft version from our side of the river. ---
