I’ve searched on Google and other sites and even used AI and didn’t get an answer.

So I figured why not talk to some people who like NYC

When will the super-tall/general construction Boom end?

It’s hard to tell because there is a lot of demand for housing and new office space. I guess it will end when the market is satisfied or oversupplied.
